The Macallan Colour Collection

This event is a stunning fusion of art and whisky, celebrating The Macallan's devotion to natural colour and the sherry seasoning influence. Renowned graphic designer David Carson has lent his iconic touch to this masterpiece. We designed the space in such a way that visitors would be taken through The Macallan Colour Collection journey in Carson's design. The gallery's lights also changes as you go through — getting more darker and reddish hues pertaining to the aged whisky. The visitors were ushered through the story of how David Carson's collaboration with The Macallan via videos on screens, and the designer's (actual) studio. Yes, it was all David's equipment/furniture/art.

Welcome to David Carson's studio—visitors were able to dive into his work place inside Somerset House, London.

The Macallan bar designed and produced—using existing and retrofitted structures designed to exactly reflect The Macallan's design manual.
